Visit the Barrett Township Community Park at Ice Lake to embark on this family reading adventure!

Follow the trail behind the pavilion and turn right. Enjoy a picture book as you stroll along the path.

The path is about 0.12 miles from beginning to end, and then you can continue around the lake or turn around to return to the pavilion.

The trail is mostly flat, but rough and rocky. Very young children may need help or prefer to ride in a stroller.

This month, look for the book On That Day by Andrea Patel.

This beautiful book commemorates all of the lives that were changed forever on September 11, 2001.
