If you are a resident of Barrett or Paradise Townships, use this form to sign up for a library card. We will email the card number to you for use with digital resources. Please bring ID and proof of residence to the Library to receive your permanent library card. If you reside in a different area of Monroe County, please register for a card with your home library; that card can then be used at any of the other libraries in Monroe County.
